Walking
From the center of Pompeii, head towards the Porta Marina entrance of the archaeological site. Once at the entrance, go through the site and explore the ruins until you reach the main exit at Via Villa dei Misteri. After exiting, turn right onto Via Villa dei Misteri and walk straight until you reach the train station, Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri. Take a train to Sorrento, and from Sorrento, catch a ferry to Capri. Once you arrive at the Capri port, follow the signs to the funicular railway and ride it up to the town of Capri. From there, take a bus or walk along Via Tragara to reach the Belvedere Tragara viewpoint.

Start your journey at the main bus terminal in Pompeii. Take the EAV bus to Sorrento. Once you arrive in Sorrento, head to the Marina Piccola and catch a ferry to Capri. When you arrive at the Capri port, follow the signs to the funicular railway to ascend to Capri town. After reaching the town, walk to Via Tragara, enjoying the beautiful views along the way, until you reach the Belvedere Tragara observation deck.
