Walking
From the Pompeii archaeological site, exit through the main entrance and head towards the train station (Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri). Once there, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Napoli. Get off at the Montesanto station. After exiting the station, follow the signs to Via Toledo, and then take Via Toledo until you reach Piazza Dante. From Piazza Dante, walk uphill on Via Tasso until you reach Via Tito Angelini. Castel Sant'Elmo will be on your right at Via Tito Angelini, 20/A.

From the Pompeii archaeological site, walk to the nearest bus stop (Piazza Bartolo Longo). Take the EAV bus heading to Napoli. This bus will take you to Napoli Centrale train station. From there, transfer to the funicular railway (Funicolare di Chiaia) at the station. Ride the funicular to the top, where you will arrive near Castel Sant'Elmo. Walk a short distance to Via Tito Angelini, 20/A.
