Walking
If you are starting from the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance, head east on Via Plinio towards Piazza Anfiteatro. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn left onto Via Roma and walk until you reach the train station. From there, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. After about 30 minutes, get off at Sorrento station. Once you exit the train station, head towards Corso Italia, walking straight until you find Via Santa Maria della Pietà on your left. The Cathedral of Saints Philip and James will be located at number 44.

From the Pompeii bus station (located near the train station), take the EAV bus to Sorrento. The bus departs regularly and takes about 40 minutes to reach Sorrento. After disembarking at the Sorrento bus terminal, walk straight to Corso Italia and turn left. Continue walking until you reach Via Santa Maria della Pietà. The Cathedral of Saints Philip and James will be on your left at number 44.

From Pompeii, walk to the Pompeii train station. Board the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento and ride for approximately 30 minutes. When you arrive at Sorrento station, exit the station and head towards Corso Italia. Walk along Corso Italia until you reach Via Santa Maria della Pietà. The Cathedral of Saints Philip and James is located at number 44 on your left.
