Getting There

    If you are starting from the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance, head straight along the main avenue (Via Villa dei Misteri) for about 10 minutes. You will pass several tourist shops and cafes. Continue walking until you see the entrance to the Forum area on your left. The Forum is well marked, and you will see signs indicating 'Foro di Pompei'.

    From the Pompeii train station, exit the station and turn right onto Via Plinio. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via Villa dei Misteri. Turn left onto Via Villa dei Misteri.
