    From the center of Pompeii, start at the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance near Piazza Anfiteatro. Head west on Via Roma until you reach the Train Station (Circumvesuviana). Take the train towards Sorrento. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Capri' station. From the station, follow the signs to the ferry terminal. Once at the terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Capri. The ferry ride will take about 50 minutes. Upon arriving at Capri, exit the ferry terminal and follow the signs towards Via Matteotti. The Giardini di Augusto is about a 15-minute walk; just follow Via Matteotti until you reach the gardens.

    From Pompeii, walk to the Circumvesuviana train station located near the archaeological site. Board the train heading towards Sorrento. After a 30-minute ride, disembark at the 'Capri' station. Proceed to the ferry terminal, located nearby. Purchase your ferry ticket to Capri, which will take approximately 50 minutes.
