If you're starting from the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance, exit the park and head towards Via Villa dei Misteri. Turn left onto Via Villa dei Misteri and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi. Turn right onto Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards Naples as you approach the train station.

From Pompeii, walk to the Pompeii Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station, which is just a short distance from the Archaeological Park. Purchase a ticket to Napoli Centrale from the ticket machine or counter. Board the Circumvesuviana train towards Napoli. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Napoli Centrale, exit the station and follow the signs towards the city center, which will lead you towards the location of Naples That's Amore - Free Walking Tours.
