Walking
From the center of Pompeii, head towards Porta Marina, the main gate of the archaeological site. Once you exit the site, turn left onto Via Roma. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Nocera. At this point, you will need to catch a local bus to Vietri sul Mare. Look for the bus stop labeled 'Pompeii - Vietri sul Mare'. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Vietri sul Mare, get off at the stop 'Piazza Matteotti'. You will find the piazza just a short walk from the bus stop.
Bus
From the center of Pompeii, make your way to the bus terminal located near the train station. Look for the SITA bus that heads towards Salerno and get off at the stop for Vietri sul Mare. Once you arrive, walk towards the main square, Piazza Matteotti, which is a few minutes' walk from the bus stop.
Train and Bus
From Pompeii, walk to the Pompeii Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station. Take a train towards Salerno. After about 30 minutes, get off at Salerno station. From there, you can catch a local bus heading towards Vietri sul Mare. Once you arrive in Vietri sul Mare, disembark at 'Piazza Matteotti'.
