If you are in the center of Positano, begin at the main beach area (Spiaggia Grande). From the beach, head up the main road, Via Pasitea, for approximately 400 meters until you reach the intersection with Via dei Mulini. Turn left onto Via dei Mulini and continue walking for about 300 meters. Look for signs directing you to the bus stop for Vietri sul Mare. Take the local bus towards Vietri sul Mare, which will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus stop in Vietri sul Mare, exit the bus and walk along Via San Giovanni for about 300 meters until you reach Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Giovanni Battista, located at Via San Giovanni, 18.

From Positano, you can take a local SITA bus from the main bus station. Board the bus labeled for Salerno and ensure it stops at Vietri sul Mare. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Upon arriving at the Vietri sul Mare bus terminal, walk straight onto Via San Giovanni, which is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Continue along Via San Giovanni for approximately 300 meters; the church will be on your left at number 18.
