Start at the entrance of the Pompeii archaeological site, located at Via Villa dei Misteri, 1. Exit through the main entrance and turn right onto Via Villa dei Misteri. Continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Plinio. Turn left onto Via Plinio and walk straight for about 300 meters. You will see Villa Imperiale on your right, just past the intersection with Via San Giuseppe.

From the Pompeii archaeological site, walk to the Pompeii Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station, which is about a 10-minute walk away. Once at the station, board a local train heading towards Naples. Get off at the next stop, which is 'Pompei'. Once you exit the train station, turn left onto Via Roma. Walk straight for about 400 meters, and you will find Villa Imperiale on your left.
