From the Forum of Pompeii, head south towards the Via dell'Abbondanza. As you approach the main street, turn right onto Via dell'Abbondanza and continue walking straight. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards the Casa della Fontana Grande. After approximately 300 meters, you will see a small street called Vicolo di Mercurio on your left. Turn onto Vicolo di Mercurio and walk about 50 meters; Casa della Fontana Grande will be on your right at number 36.
