Walking
From the Pompeii Archaeological Park, exit the park and head northeast on Via Plinio, continuing for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Turn left onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see the Pompeii train station on your right. From there, take the Circumvesuviana train toward Naples. Get off at Napoli Centrale station (the journey takes about 30 minutes). Once at Napoli Centrale, exit the station and head towards Piazza Garibaldi. From Piazza Garibaldi, walk to Via Alessandro Poerio, then take a right onto Via Enrico de Nicola. Continue straight for about 200 meters, and you will find Castel Capuano on your left at Piazza Enrico de Nicola, 74.
Bus
From the Pompeii Archaeological Park, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via Roma, which is about 300 meters away. Take the EAV bus line that goes directly to Naples. Ensure that the bus goes to Napoli Centrale. The bus ride will take around 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Napoli Centrale, exit the bus and head towards Piazza Garibaldi. Walk to Via Alessandro Poerio and turn right onto Via Enrico de Nicola. Continue straight for about 200 meters, and you will find Castel Capuano on your left at Piazza Enrico de Nicola, 74.
Train
To get to Castel Capuano from Pompeii, walk to the Pompeii train station. From there, take the Circumvesuviana train toward Naples. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Napoli Centrale station, exit the station and walk toward Piazza Garibaldi. From there, proceed to Via Alessandro Poerio and turn right onto Via Enrico de Nicola. Continue for about 200 meters until you reach Castel Capuano, located on your left at Piazza Enrico de Nicola, 74.
