Walking
If you are in the main square of Pompeii, Piazza Anfiteatro, head southeast towards Via Plinio. Continue walking straight on Via Plinio for about 10 minutes until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left path onto Via della Casa della Venere in Bikini. Follow this road for a few more minutes until you see the entrance to Pompeii (UNESCO) on your left at Vicolo del Panettiere.

If you are near the Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento or Naples. Get off at the Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri stop.
