Getting there

Walking

From the Positano main beach (Spiaggia Grande), head up Via del Brigantino towards the main road (SS163). This will take about 10 minutes. Once you reach the main road, look for the bus stop for SITA buses. Take the SITA bus towards Sorrento and get off at the Pompei stop. From there, walk along Via Sant'Abbondio; Casa dei Ceii is located at number 156, about a 5-minute walk.

Bus

Begin at the Positano main bus station near the beach. Take the SITA bus towards Pompeii/Sorrento, which runs regularly. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Pompei stop, exit the bus and walk along Via Sant'Abbondio for about 5 minutes to reach Casa dei Ceii at number 156.

Taxi

You can take a taxi from Positano to Pompei, which will take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to tell the driver to drop you off at Via Sant'Abbondio, 156. The Casa dei Ceii is located a short walk from the drop-off point.

Ferry and Train

Take a ferry from Positano to Sorrento, which takes about 30 minutes. Once in Sorrento, head to the train station and take the Circumvesuviana train towards Naples. Get off at the Pompei Scavi stop. From there, exit the station and walk towards Via Sant'Abbondio for around 10 minutes until you reach Casa dei Ceii at number 156.
