From the center of Positano, head towards the main road (SS163). Walk along the coast towards the direction of Sorrento. After about 15 minutes, look for the bus stop near the hotel Le Sirenuse. Take the SITA bus towards Naples, which will take approximately 1 hour. Get off at the stop in Naples. Once you arrive, you can either walk or take a local metro. To walk, head towards Via Toledo, then continue on Via Monte di Dio until you reach Via Tito Angelini.

Once you arrive in Naples, walk towards the nearest metro station, 'Toledo'. From 'Toledo', take the metro Line 1 towards Garibaldi and get off at the next stop, 'Dante'. From Dante, it's a 15-minute walk to Castel Sant'Elmo. Head towards Via Monte di Dio, then turn onto Via Tito Angelini.
