Foot
From the main beach area of Positano, head up the steep hill along Via Pasitea. Continue walking uphill until you reach the top of the hill, where you'll find Via dei Mulini. Turn left on Via dei Mulini and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via G. Marconi. Turn right onto Via G. Marconi and continue until you see the signs for the bus station. From here, take the Sita bus towards Naples, and get off at the stop that says 'Largo S. Martino' in Naples. Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance down the street, and you will see Certosa e Museo di San Martino on your left.

From Positano, make your way to the Sita bus station located near the main beach area. Purchase a ticket to Naples. Once on the bus, relax and enjoy the scenic drive along the Amalfi Coast. The bus will take you directly to the city of Naples. When you arrive at the bus terminal in Naples, exit the terminal and walk towards the nearest metro station (Stazione Metro). From there, take Metro Line 2 towards Pozzuoli and get off at the 'Montesanto' station. Once you exit the station, walk uphill to Largo S. Martino, where you will find the Certosa e Museo di San Martino.
