From the main beach area of Positano, head up Via Mulini towards the main road, SS163. Continue walking up the hill along the road until you reach the bus stop at the top of the hill. From there, take the SITA bus heading towards Naples. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the bus station in Naples, exit the bus and walk towards Via Duomo. You will see the Duomo di Napoli ahead of you, located at Via Duomo, 147.

Start by walking to the Positano marina and board a ferry heading to Naples. The ferry ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Naples port, walk towards the main street and catch a taxi or take a short walk to get to the Duomo di Napoli located at Via Duomo, 147. The cathedral is a short distance from the port and is well-signposted.
