    From the main beach area of Positano, head up Via del Saraceno towards the main road, Via Pasitea. Continue along Via Pasitea until you reach the intersection with Via Tiberio. Here, you can catch a bus to Capri, which will take you across the water to the island. Once you arrive at Capri, follow the signs to Via Tiberio. The Grotta Rossa is located along this road. It's about a 20-minute walk from the main port of Capri.
