Walking
If you are in Positano, start at the main beach area (Spiaggia Grande). Walk towards the eastern side of the beach and look for the path leading up towards the Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta. Follow the signs pointing to Praiano. This path will take you up through the narrow streets of Positano, and you will eventually reach Viale Pasitea. Continue walking along this road until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. At this intersection, turn left onto Via Roma which will lead you out of Positano. After walking for about 1.5 km, you will reach a fork in the road; keep left to stay on the road towards Praiano. Continue walking for another 1 km until you see a sign for Marina di Praia on your right. Follow this road down to the beach.

From Positano, you can take the local SITA bus to Praiano. Head to the bus stop located near the main beach (Spiaggia Grande). Purchase your ticket from a nearby shop or directly from the driver. Board the bus heading towards Amalfi and get off at the 'Praiano' stop. Once you disembark, follow the signs to Marina di Praia, which is a short walk downhill from the bus stop. It’s about a 15-minute walk; just follow the signs for the beach.

If you prefer a scenic route, consider taking a boat from Positano to Praiano. Head to the ferry terminal located at Spiaggia Grande. Purchase a ticket for the boat heading to Praiano. The boat ride offers stunning views of the coastline and takes approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Praiano port, follow the signs leading you down to Marina di Praia, which is just a short walk away.
