Walking
From the main beach area in Positano, head towards the main road, Via Pasitea. Walk along this road until you reach the Church of Santa Maria Assunta. From the church, continue walking uphill on Via dei Mulini. Follow this road as it winds upwards, and after about 15-20 minutes, you will arrive at the quaint village of Nocelle. The walk is scenic, with beautiful views of the coast.
Bus
From the central bus stop in Positano, take the SITA bus heading to Nocelle. Buses run regularly throughout the day. The ride will take approximately 25-30 minutes, and you will enjoy stunning views along the way. Once you arrive at the Nocelle bus stop, you will be just a short walk from the main area of Nocelle.
Hiking
If you’re feeling adventurous, you can hike up to Nocelle from Positano via the famous Path of the Gods (Sentiero degli Dei). Starting from the top of the main beach area, follow the signs leading towards Bomerano. The hike is challenging but offers breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast. It takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to reach Nocelle from the trailhead.
