Continue on the SS16 for approximately 35 km and take the exit for Cisternino (SS379). Follow the signs towards Cisternino. Once you arrive in Cisternino, look for signs for Ciclovia dell'acqua. There is a parking area nearby where you can leave your car.

You can take a train from Bari Centrale to Cisternino. The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours with a change at Fasano. Train tickets cost around €5-€10. Once you arrive at Cisternino train station, you can either walk to Ciclovia dell'acqua (approximately 20 minutes) or take a local bus towards Cisternino Centro and get off at the nearest stop.
