Walking
Start at the main square in Ravello, Piazza Vescovado. Head south on Via San Francesco, and continue until you reach the intersection with Via della Repubblica. Turn left onto Via della Repubblica and walk straight until you reach the bus stop 'Ravello - Bivio'. Here, take the bus to Mercogliano. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Mercogliano, disembark at the stop closest to the Sanctuary of Montevergine. From there, follow the signs leading you to the sanctuary, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill from the bus stop.

From Ravello, make your way to the bus stop at Piazza Vescovado. Take the SITA bus towards Avellino and ask the driver to let you know when to get off at Mercogliano. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Mercogliano, follow the signs to the Sanctuary of Montevergine, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. The path to the sanctuary will be well-marked.
