Walking
Start from the main square in Ravello, Piazza Vescovado. Head down Via San Francesco towards the east. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Repubblica. Turn left onto Via della Repubblica and follow it until you reach the bus stop on your right for the Sita Bus. Take the Sita Bus heading towards Salerno and get off at the Pozzuoli stop. From the bus stop, walk towards Via Napoli and follow the signs to Solfatara, which is located about a 10-minute walk straight ahead.
Bus
From the center of Ravello, make your way to the bus stop at Piazza Vescovado. Board the Sita Bus that goes towards Naples. After approximately one hour, disembark at the Pozzuoli bus station. Once there, proceed to Via Napoli and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Solfatara. Look for the signs directing you to the volcano.
