If you are starting from the central area of Ravenna, make your way to Piazza del Popolo, which is a common meeting point. From Piazza del Popolo, head east on Via Giuseppe Mazzini. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Roma. Turn left onto Via di Roma. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Alberoni. The Palazzo di Teodorico will be located at the corner of Via Alberoni and Via di Roma. It is a historical landmark, so look for the notable architecture.
Public Transport (Bus)
You can take a local bus from various points in Ravenna. If you are near the bus station, look for lines that head towards the city center. Take a bus that stops at 'Piazza Garibaldi'. From there, exit the bus and walk towards Via di Roma. Turn onto Via di Roma and head east until you reach the corner with Via Alberoni. The Palazzo di Teodorico will be on your right at that intersection.
