If you are starting from the main square, Piazza del Popolo, head south towards Via IV Novembre. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Dante Alighieri. Turn left onto Via Dante Alighieri and walk until you reach Piazza San Francesco. From there, turn right onto Via San Francesco and continue until you come to the end of the street. You will see the Archbishop's Chapel of St. Andrew located at P.za Arcivescovado, 1.
