Walking
If you are near the Rimini Train Station, head southwest on Via Giovanni XXIII toward Viale A. Manzoni. Continue on Viale A. Manzoni until you reach Viale Regina Elena. Turn right onto Viale Regina Elena and continue walking down this road. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the beach area. From here, continue along the beach promenade (Lungomare) until you reach the intersection with Viale Amerigo Vespucci. Turn left and walk towards the city center. You will eventually come to Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi, where you will find the Portineria del Teatro Alighieri.

From the Rimini Train Station, take bus number 11 towards Riccione. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Piazza Marvelli' stop.
