Walking
If you are near the Termini Station, exit the station and head southwest on Via Giovanni Giolitti. Continue straight until you reach Piazza dei Cinquecento. From here, take the Via Cavour exit towards the Colosseum. Walk along Via Cavour until you reach the intersection with Via dei Fori Imperiali. Turn left on Via dei Fori Imperiali, and continue walking until you reach Piazza Venezia. From Piazza Venezia, look for the large monument, the Altare della Patria. Walk to the left side of the monument and continue straight onto Via del Corso. After several blocks, turn left onto Via dei Santi Apostoli, and Palazzo Colonna will be on your right at P.za dei Santi Apostoli, 66.

If you're near a Metro station, take Line A (the orange line) towards Anagnina. Get off at the Barberini station. After exiting, head southwest on Via del Tritone until you reach the intersection with Via dei Santi Apostoli. Turn left onto Via dei Santi Apostoli, and you will find Palazzo Colonna at P.za dei Santi Apostoli, 66.
