From there, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione and continue walking until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge, and then head right along the river until you reach the next bridge, Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge, and continue straight until you reach Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn left onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and walk down until you reach the intersection with Via delle Zoccolette. Turn left onto Via delle Zoccolette, and you will find the Pietra d'inciampo in memoria di Pia di Cave at number 11.

If you are staying in the historic center of Rome, the Pietra d'inciampo in memoria di Pia di Cave is about a 15-minute walk from Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, head towards the northwest corner of the square and take Via dell'Anima. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II.
