If you are near Piazza Venezia, you can take Bus 81 or 492. Ride the bus until you reach the stop called 'Cavalleggeri - San Pietro'. From the bus stop, walk towards the Vatican by following the signs. Continue straight until you reach the Vatican Museums entrance, where the Pio-Clementine Museum is located.
