We had such an amazing experience with Experiences of Rome and our guide, Andrea! From the very beginning, Andrea was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. He communicated with us through WhatsApp and provided a great base itinerary that included all of the must-see sights in Rome, while also allowing me to customize the tour based on what our group wanted to see. He was so flexible and easy to work with! We were a large group of 20, so we needed three golf carts, each seating seven passengers. One of the best parts was that the golf carts picked us up directly from our Airbnbs/apartments, which was SO convenient, especially with such a large group. We didn’t have to worry about arranging transportation or meeting somewhere else in the city. All three carts arrived right on time, and every one of our drivers was friendly, patient, and welcoming. Andrea went above and beyond throughout the tour, even getting out at each stop to take group photos for us, which meant we could actually have pictures with all 20 of us together! Doing Rome by golf cart was honestly one of the best decisions we made. We were able to visit so many beautiful places without walking long distances in the August heat. The carts can also easily navigate Rome’s smaller streets and get close to areas that larger vans and taxis simply can’t, which made sightseeing so much easier and more enjoyable. The entire experience felt relaxed and never rushed. We had plenty of time to enjoy the sights, take photos, and really take in Rome without worrying about transportation or trying to keep our large group together. If you’re visiting Rome (especially during the hot summer months) or even if you want a break from walking 20K steps a day, I highly recommend booking a golf cart tour with Andrea at Experiences of Rome.
