Start at the nearest Metro station, which could be 'Spagna' on Line A. From 'Spagna', take the Metro towards 'Anagnina' and travel for 2 stops. Get off at 'Flaminio' station. Once you exit the station, head towards the Piazza del Popolo. From there, follow the signs towards 'Villa Borghese' and then make your way to the 'Pincio Terrace' for a scenic view of Rome. Continue walking through the park until you reach 'Via Ulisse Aldrovandi', where the Temple of Aesculapius is located at number 6.

Find the nearest bus stop and take Bus number 81 or 2. If you take Bus 81, get off at the 'Pinciano' stop. From there, walk towards 'Villa Borghese'. The Temple of Aesculapius is located within the park. Walk through the park until you reach 'Via Ulisse Aldrovandi', and you will find the temple at number 6. If you take Bus 2, get off at 'Borghese' stop and walk through the gardens towards the temple.

If you are close to the Villa Borghese area, you can simply walk to the Temple of Aesculapius. Enter the Villa Borghese park and head towards the southern part of the park. Continue walking along the pathways until you see signs for the Temple of Aesculapius. The temple is located at 'Via Ulisse Aldrovandi, 6'.

Take Tram 2 from any convenient stop. Ride the tram until you reach the 'Flaminio' stop. From there, head towards the Piazza del Popolo and walk into Villa Borghese.
