Getting There

Metro
If you're near the Termini Station, take Metro Line B (Blue Line) towards Laurentina. Get off at the Colosseo station. Once you exit the station, you will see the Colosseum directly in front of you. From there, walk straight along Via di San Giovanni in Laterano until you reach Via della Salara Vecchia, where the Roman Forum is located. It’s a short 10-minute walk.

You can catch Bus Line 75 or 81 from various points in the city. If you're near Piazza Venezia, take Bus 81 and get off at the Colosseo stop. From there, walk down Via di San Giovanni in Laterano to reach Via della Salara Vecchia, the location of the Roman Forum. The walk takes about 10 minutes.

If you are already in the area of the Colosseum, simply walk towards it. From the Colosseum, head west on Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Via della Salara Vecchia, and you will see the entrance to the Roman Forum. This walk should take around 10 minutes.
