Walking
From Trevi Fountain (Fontana di Trevi), head west on Via delle Muratte towards Via del Lavatore. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina. From there, turn left onto Via del Corso and walk for about 500 meters. Once you reach the intersection with Via del Plebiscito, turn right and continue until you arrive at Piazza del Quirinale, which will be on your left.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Trevi, walk to the nearest bus stop at Via del Tritone. Take bus number 62 towards 'Termini' and get off at the stop 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele II'. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to Piazza del Quirinale. Walk back towards the river, then take a right onto Via del Plebiscito, and continue until you reach the piazza.
