From the main square of San Gimignano, Piazza della Cisterna, head southeast towards Via San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Vecchia. Turn left onto Via Vecchia. Follow this road as it winds through the countryside, keeping an eye out for the signs towards Monteriggioni. The walk will take approximately 1 hour and will provide beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. Once you arrive at Monteriggioni, look for signs directing you to Strada di Sant'Antonio.
