    If you are starting from the main square, Piazza della Cisterna, exit the square and head towards Via San Giovanni. Walk straight along Via San Giovanni, and continue for approximately 350 meters. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. The Museum of Torture is located on your right at Via S. Giovanni, 125. Look for the sign indicating the museum entrance.

    If you are near the Collegiata di San Gimignano (the main church), exit the church and head towards the nearby Piazza della Cisterna. From the square, take Via San Giovanni which is located across from the church. Continue walking straight for about 350 meters until you reach Via S. Giovanni, 125. The Museum of Torture will be on your right side.

    If you are at the San Gimignano Fortress (Rocca di Montestaffoli), exit the fortress and walk down the hill towards the town center.
