Walking
From the main square of San Gimignano (Piazza della Cisterna), head southeast on Via San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Vecchia. Turn right onto Via Vecchia and follow it until you reach the end of the street. Here, you will find a bus stop. Take the bus towards 'San Donato'. This bus will take you to the vicinity of Fattoria Montecchio. After getting off at the San Donato stop, continue walking down the main road (Strada Provinciale) until you see the sign for Fattoria Montecchio on your left. The winery is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop, located at Str. Montecchio, 4.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in San Gimignano. Start from Piazza della Cisterna and head towards Via San Giovanni. After following the route towards the outskirts, you will reach Strada Provinciale. Follow the provincial road in the direction of San Donato. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes, and you should keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Fattoria Montecchio, which will be on your left at Str. Montecchio, 4.
