Once you arrive at the bus station in Florence, walk towards the historic center, following signs to the Duomo. From there, take Via dei Calzaiuoli, which leads directly to Piazza della Signoria. Continue to walk towards the Uffizi Gallery, and then you will find Museo Galileo located in Piazza dei Giudici, just a short walk past the Uffizi.
