Start at the main square in San Gimignano, Piazza della Cisterna. From the square, face the Torre Grossa (the tallest tower). Head towards Via San Giovanni, which is on your left. Walk down Via San Giovanni until you reach the end, where it intersects with Via San Matteo. Take a right onto Via San Matteo and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. You will see a sign for 'Località Cellole.'. Continue walking straight and follow the signs towards Località Cellole. The Pieve di Santa Maria will be on your left at Località Cellole, 1.

From the Collegiata di San Gimignano (the main cathedral), exit the church and turn right onto Via delle Cisterna. Walk straight, then take a left onto Via San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street and turn right onto Via San Matteo. Follow Via San Matteo until you see signs for 'Località Cellole.' Continue on this path; Pieve di Santa Maria will be located at Località Cellole, 1 on your left.
