From the central Piazza della Cisterna, head south towards Via San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Folgore da San Gimignano. Turn left onto Via Folgore da San Gimignano. The Galleria d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea Raffaele De Grada will be on your left at number 11, just a short walk of about 5 minutes.

If you are near the Collegiata di San Gimignano (the main cathedral), exit the cathedral and head east towards Piazza della Cisterna. From there, follow the directions to Via Folgore da San Gimignano as described above. It’s a pleasant walk of approximately 8 minutes.
