    Walking

    If you're starting from the central Piazza della Cisterna, head east towards Via San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Madonna. Turn left onto Via della Madonna and walk to the end of the street. You will find the Siena Guided Tour office on your left, just after the intersection with Via San Martino.

    From the Collegiata di San Gimignano (the main church), exit the church and turn right onto Via San Giovanni. Walk straight until you come to a fork; take the left fork to stay on Via San Giovanni. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via della Madonna. The Siena Guided Tour office will be on your right.

    If you're coming from the San Gimignano train station, exit the station and walk south along the road. After about 1 km, you’ll see signs directing you toward the Old Town. Enter the town through the Porta San Giovanni. Once inside, follow the main street (Via San Giovanni) and turn left onto Via della Madonna. The Siena Guided Tour office will be on your left.
