Start at the main entrance of the historic center of San Gimignano, located at Porta San Giovanni. From there, walk straight down Via San Giovanni until you reach the intersection with Via della Madonna. Turn right onto Via della Madonna. Continue walking until you reach the central square, Piazza della Cisterna. Once you reach the square, turn left onto Via San Matteo. Follow this street, and it will lead you directly to Piazza Duomo. Torre Chigi is located at Piazza Duomo, and you will see it prominently in the square.
