If you are in the main square, Piazza della Cisterna, head towards Via San Giovanni, which is located on the east side of the square. Walk along Via San Giovanni for about 300 meters. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach a small intersection where you will see a sign pointing towards Torre e Casa Campatelli. The entrance is located at Via S. Giovanni, 15. The tower and house are on your left side.

From the Collegiata di San Gimignano (the main cathedral), exit facing the square and turn right onto Via San Giovanni. Continue on this street for approximately 400 meters. You will see the Casa Campatelli on your left at Via S. Giovanni, 15, just before you reach the intersection with Via della Madonna.
