Walking
From the central Piazza della Cisterna in San Gimignano, head east on Via San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Vecchia. Turn right onto Via Vecchia and follow it until you reach the end of the street where it meets Via San Matteo. Turn left onto Via San Matteo and continue walking straight until you reach the bus station. From the bus station, take the bus to Florence. Upon arriving in Florence, exit the bus and walk towards the Arno River. Follow the river until you reach the Ponte Vecchio. Cross the Ponte Vecchio and continue straight to reach the Uffizi Gallery. The Vasari Corridor is located near the Uffizi Gallery.

Bus
From San Gimignano, make your way to the local bus station located near the Piazza della Cisterna. Purchase a ticket for a bus heading towards Florence, which you can find on the local bus schedule. The bus ride will take approximately an hour. Once you arrive in Florence, disembark at the main bus terminal. Look for signs directing you to the Uffizi Gallery. Walk towards the gallery, and you will find the Vasari Corridor just beside it.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops near Piazza della Cisterna. Follow Via San Giovanni, then turn right onto Via Vecchia. Continue cycling until you reach the outskirts of San Gimignano, where you will find the road leading to Florence. It's approximately a 30-minute ride to the edge of Florence. Once you enter the city, follow signs towards the historic center, ultimately cycling towards the Uffizi Gallery, where the Vasari Corridor is located.
