Car
If you're traveling by car, head towards Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia. Use the SS131 road, which connects various parts of the island to Cagliari. Once you reach Cagliari, follow the signs for the city center (Centro). Upon entering the city, look for signs directing you to Piazza S. Giuseppe. You can park in nearby parking lots such as Parcheggio Piazza Repubblica or Parcheggio Via Roma, which are within walking distance of Torre dell'Elefante. Make sure to check for parking fees, which typically range from €1 to €2 per hour.
Public Transportation - Bus
From various locations in Sardinia, you can take a bus to Cagliari. Once in Cagliari, exit at the main bus station (Stazione degli Autobus) located at Piazza Matteotti. From there, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) or take a local bus (Line 1 or 2) towards the city center. If walking, head towards Via Roma, then turn left onto Via S. Giovanni, followed by a right onto Via S. Giuseppe, which will lead you directly to Torre dell'Elefante. Bus tickets cost around €1.50 and can be purchased from ticket machines at the bus station.
