Getting there

Bus

From Catania city center, head to the bus station at Piazza Giovanni Verga. Look for the bus to Taormina, which operates frequently. Walking (from Taormina)

If you choose to walk from Taormina, start from the main square, Piazza IX Aprile. Head towards Via Bagnoli Croce, which leads you up to Castelmola. The path is steep but well-marked, and it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Castelmola, where you will be rewarded with breathtaking views.

Taxi

In Taormina, you can easily find taxis near the bus station or the main square. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Castelmola. The ride is quick, taking about 15 minutes, and it will take you directly to your destination.
