Walking
Start from Piazza del Campo, the main square in Siena. From the center of the piazza, head towards the Palazzo Pubblico and exit via Via di Città. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Banchi di Sopra. Turn left onto Via Banchi di Sopra and follow it as it becomes Via dei Rossi. Stay on this road until you reach the end, where you will come to a fork. Take the right fork onto Via della Sapienza. Continue until you reach the end of the street, where you will find a set of stairs leading down to Str. di Porta Romana. Descend the stairs and continue straight along Str. di Porta Romana, which will eventually curve to the right and become Str. dell'Osservanza. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will see the Basilica dell'Osservanza on your right.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Piazza del Campo, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza Gramsci. Take Bus number 10 (or any available bus heading towards 'Basilica dell'Osservanza'). Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes. You will need to disembark at the stop named 'Basilica dell'Osservanza,' which is located directly in front of the basilica. From here, you can easily access the entrance.
