If you are starting from the famous Piazza del Campo, head north along Via di Città. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Banchi di Sopra. Turn left onto Via Banchi di Sopra and walk until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will find a small square, Piazza San Francesco. From here, take Via San Francesco and continue walking straight. After a few minutes, you will reach the intersection with Viale Vittorio Emanuele II. Continue straight, and Piazza Indipendenza will be on your left.

Turn right onto Viale Vittorio Emanuele II and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will see the entrance to Piazza Indipendenza on your left.
