Getting There

Walking

From the Piazza del Campo, head towards the Via di Città and take a left onto Via di Città. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Banchi di Sopra. Turn right onto Via Banchi di Sopra and keep going until you reach the end. You will see the large gates of the city. Continue straight through the gates (Porta Romana). After passing through, follow the road that leads downhill until you reach the intersection with Via Porta all'Arco. Turn left onto Via Porta all'Arco and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach La Panchina al Sole, which will be on your right.
Public Transport

First, make your way to the Siena train station (Stazione di Siena). You can walk from the city center to the station, which takes around 20 minutes. Once at the station, take a train heading to Volterra. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at Volterra. From the Volterra train station, take Bus Line 1 towards Volterra Centro. Get off at the 'Porta all'Arco' stop, which is close to La Panchina al Sole. From the bus stop, walk along Via Porta all'Arco for about 5 minutes until you arrive at your destination.
