    From the city center of Siena, head to the Siena bus station located near Piazza Gramsci. Look for the bus to Colle di Val d'Elsa. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Colle di Val d'Elsa bus station, exit and walk straight along Via Roma for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via dei Fossi. Turn left onto Via dei Fossi and continue for about 200 meters. The Museo del Cristallo will be on your right at number 8/a.

Walk north on Via di Città for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the end of the street, where you will see the Basilica di San Domenico. Turn left onto Via Roma, and follow it for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at the Colle di Val d'Elsa bus station. Once there, follow the earlier instructions to reach Museo del Cristallo.
