From Siena, head to the main bus station, which is located at Piazza Gramsci. Look for buses that head towards Chiusdino. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Chiusdino, disembark at the main stop. From there, San Galgano Abbey is about a 20-minute walk. Exit the bus station and head east on Via della Libertà. Continue straight until you reach Strada Comunale di S. Galgano. Turn right and follow the road until you see the Abbey.
