Walking
From the center of Siena, head towards the Piazza del Campo. From there, take Via di Città until you reach the intersection with Via Banchi di Sopra. Turn right onto Via Banchi di Sopra and continue straight until you reach the end of the street, where it turns into Via di San Marco. Keep walking straight until you reach the junction with Via di San Biagio. Turn left onto Via di San Biagio and continue for approximately 1.5 kilometers. The Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Biagio will be on your right at Via di S. Biagio, 20.

From the center of Siena, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza Gramsci. Take the bus number 10 towards San Biagio. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'San Biagio'. From the bus stop, walk for about 5 minutes along Via di S. Biagio, and you will find the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Biagio on your left at number 20.
